Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be flexible while ensuring fairness and efficiency.

Cancellations

• More than 48 hours’ notice: Refund issued minus £50 admin charge or reschedule at no extra charge.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice or no-show: The full fee will be charged, and no refund will be issued.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Once an Animal Health Certificate has been issued, no refunds are possible due to legal and administrative regulations.

• Refunds are not available if incorrect or incomplete information is provided by the client that results in a delay or rejection of travel documents.

Urgent Appointments

Urgent appointment fees (£249) are non-refundable.
